The business as it will run: the simulated operations app (a Jobber or Housecall Pro with property intelligence), the real lead inbox, estimates, the platforms' job offers and suppliers. Most numbers are simulated or placeholders until the first real job; each screen says which.

Every property Urth has measured, and everything known about it: the Brain's site report, now also in 3D on the property's own model, the site visit, and the design. Pick the property once; its tools open from there. The Brain is the reference when two tools disagree.

Where work can come from: community associations and the companies that manage them, on a map; the lead platforms, each with what it takes and what it gives; government bids and the lead plans. Nothing here contacts anyone. Reviews sit here because they are how a new client finds us.
