Company deck
What this is. The company deck in Urth's brand, version 1: what Urth is, what it has built (the Brain, Blender, LaunchPad, our own operating layer), the market in public numbers, how it wins and runs work, and what it looks for in a partner. Two short versions follow, for property managers and for general contractors.
How to use it. Swipe, or tap the right or left side of a slide, to move on a phone; on a keyboard use the arrows, N for the speaker notes and G for every slide. Open it full screen to present, or open a PDF to send. not reviewed yet Nothing here has been sent to anyone.
The deck (20 slides)
Slide 8 shows the Blender work as it stands on 23 September, with the Brain as the reference. Slide 10 says plainly that whether we start on an off-the-shelf tool or on our own is not decided. Every number is from public data or labelled as ours.
The two short versions (7 slides each)

For property managers
"One accountable landscape partner for your portfolio": each community measured before it is priced, one standard and one report across the portfolio, and a pilot to start, because we are new.
The terms in the short versions (a 90-day pilot, written success criteria, an easy exit, unit prices) are how the commercial-engine outlines propose to start. They are not offers anyone has approved.
The PDFs
- The company deck 20 pages, 16:9
- The company deck with speaker notes 40 pages
- For property managers 7 pages
- For general contractors 7 pages
Private material stays off the deck: no figures from the reference companies or acquisition candidates, no private company model, no names of people. The business plan and the company model are private, in Notion.
