HOA registry
Every community association in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and the northern Keys, rebuilt from the agencies' own public listings: the county's registry, the state's condominium and cooperative files, the state's licensed management firms and the counties' parcel maps. A registered address is often a PO box or a manager's office, so each card works the same way: find the grounds, read the county record, look at the aerial. Nothing here ranks by distance.
Commercial map The associations on one map with a manager's portfolio, teardowns and new houses, lots bought to redevelop, and suppliers.
A management company answers for many associations at once. Each company below is ranked by what it manages inside the filters above (county, type, size…): how many associations, how many units, how many acres of common grounds, and how many we would want. Open one for its map, the ones we want and why, an evaluation and a proposal outline.
The charts follow the filters above. Hover or tap a bar for its number; every chart has its table.
