Lead platforms Draft

Each platform that can bring Urth work, and what it takes and gives. What we give is the account, the checks, the fees, the areas and the reviews. What we get is what one lead contains, how it arrives, how fast we must answer, what we pay for and when money comes back. How the lead enters Urth is our own draft design: which details go to the property record in the Brain, and what someone still does by hand.

Three kinds: lead generation sends us a person who wants work done; a listing is a page people find us on and call or message; a bid board posts projects that general contractors or public bodies want priced.

Today GreenPal and LawnStarter leads already reach the Urth inbox; the Google Business Profile is waiting for verification. Every other status is unknown from the files on disk.

This is a map, not advice: nothing here is ranked or recommended. Read on 23 September 2026 from the platforms' own help pages where they publish one: 339 facts confirmed, 73 to confirm, 58 unknown.

Angi (Angi Leads and HomeAdvisor)

lead generationunknown

Angi matches homeowner project requests to pros and charges the pro a fee per lead within a monthly budget.

Alan, 23 September: Angi has a Jobber connector.

Status for Urth: Alan, 22 September: Angi 'will be set up later'. The 22 September platform registry says researched only, no account. His Notes record Angi advertising and an Angi to Jobber process at his former company, not at Urth. (from context/CURRENT-DIRECTION.md; deliverables/20260922/growth/C1-leads/platform-cards.json)

How the lead enters Urth

Urth design (draft), not a platform fact

Path
  • The platform can push each lead to a web address we give it. Urth has no such receiving address today; building one is a production change that needs its own approval. Until then the email copy of the lead is the path.
  • The platform's notification email reaches alan@urthlandscaping.com. An inbox reader (not built) would turn it into a request in Simulated operations, Requests, the same way the real GreenPal and LawnStarter formats are shown there today.
To the property record
  • Full street address, city and zip: to the Brain (New property), where the lot is measured
  • Task or project type: to the request's service line
  • Customer name, phone and email: to the client record (never to the property record)
Stays manual
  • Calling the customer first (several companies get the same lead)
  • The site visit and the quote
  • Asking Angi for a lead credit when a lead is bad

  • confirmed Jobber connector: United States only, paid Jobber plan (Core, Connect or Grow), active Angi Leads account; creates client and request, matches existing clients by name plus phone or email, tags lead source 'Angi'. source, read 23 Sep 2026

Programming interface
  • confirmed Outbound webhook only: pro emails Angi ID, email, webhook address, optional key and confirmation the tool accepts Angi's JSON to crmintegrations@angi.com for manual setup. source, read 23 Sep 2026
  • unknown No public inbound programming interface for pros found.

How the lead enters Urth

Urth design (draft), not a platform fact

Path
  • Leads can be read through the platform's programming interface. That needs an approved developer account and a server job; neither exists. Until then the lead is copied by hand.
  • The lead is a phone call or a message thread. Someone types it into New lead (name, phone, address, what they want), and New lead hands the address to the Brain's New property flow.
To the property record
  • The job address when the customer gives it in the call or message: to the Brain
  • Category and job type: to the request
Stays manual
  • Answering the call (most leads are phone calls)
  • Rating each lead in the app, which is how credits are now given
Connections and sources
Tools it connects to
  • confirmed Jobber: 'Book Online' on the Local Services ad books straight into the Jobber calendar. source, read 23 Sep 2026
  • unknown No other named integration confirmed on Google's pages.
Programming interface
  • confirmed Google Ads programming interface: read leads (LocalServicesLead), conversations (LocalServicesLeadConversation: calls, messages, attachments), verification artifacts and employees; write lead feedback (ProvideLeadFeedback) and append conversation notes (AppendLeadConversation); edit budget, bidding and status. source, read 23 Sep 2026
  • confirmed Limits: the programming interface 'Cannot' create new Local Services campaigns; call recording links need at least read-only account access. source, read 23 Sep 2026

Google Business Profile

listingverification pending

Free business listing on Google Search and Maps; customers contact the business directly and Google charges nothing per contact.

Alan, 23 September: the profile exists but needs video verification (trucks). The help page read today asks the video to show the location, the tools or equipment, and proof of management; unlocking a branded vehicle is one example it gives, alongside showing the work or a business document.

How the lead enters Urth

Urth design (draft), not a platform fact

Path
  • The lead is a phone call or a message thread. Someone types it into New lead (name, phone, address, what they want), and New lead hands the address to the Brain's New property flow.
  • The platform's notification email reaches alan@urthlandscaping.com. An inbox reader (not built) would turn it into a request in Simulated operations, Requests, the same way the real GreenPal and LawnStarter formats are shown there today.
To the property record
  • The homeowner's address when the lead is passed on: to the Brain
Stays manual
  • Calling the homeowner
Connections and sources
Tools it connects to
